Private Yoga Instruction
Yoga is an ancient indigenous insight practice that cultivates holistic health in body and mind. Learning yoga through 1:1 private lessons allows each client to receive individual attention and personalized lesson plans that evolve alongside you and your goals as you progress. Developing a consistent yoga practice is a powerful way to embed self-care into your routine. It is my pleasure and privilege to work with beginners as well as experienced practitioners. I have been teaching yoga since 2018, have thousands of hours of teaching experience (literally, I document them!), and over 1000 hours of intensive yoga training.

Acroyoga Instruction
Acroyoga is a fun partnered practice that melds the mind-body benefits of yoga asana with acrobatic movements and partner collaboration. Practicing acroyoga can increase proprioception and foster connection with others. Lessons can focus on inducing relaxation with elements of Thai massage, or on learning more dynamic acrobatic flows. I teach beginner-level basing, flying, and spotting workshops to groups or couples only. (In-person only)
